POSITANO PIZZA EXPERIENCE

HANNAH ***** We had a wonderful evening with Federico in his home for the Positano Pizza Experience. Our group included our party of four and another couple. We started with some delicious appetizers and wine. Federico demonstrated how to make the crust and then we got to make our own pizzas. He is warm and welcoming and has the perfect personality to make the experience fun and educational. The pizza was delicious and we loved Federico and his enthusiasm for pizza was contagious! He showed us a few other dishes he makes in his pizza oven. We highly recommend this experience and will recommend it to friends/family coming to this area of Italy! We're currently in the process of buying our own pizza oven and the flour Federico recommended is on its way from Amazon. This was a fantastic and authentic Italian Experience- 5 stars +++! KIRSTEN ***** If you are anywhere near Positano, the Positano Pizza Experience is a MUST!! We just came back from an incredible vacation in Italy and Federico's cooking class was a definite highlight of our trip. He is so welcoming and funny, and although we didn't know the other guests when we arrived, he has a way of immediately making everyone feel comfortable, and before we knew it, we were all chatting around the table, drinking wine and making pizzas. The setting was perfect and each person who wanted to have a chance to make their own pizza could, and then we all shared in tasting each other's creations. Not only did we learn so much about pizza dough and making the best pizza, we also learned so much about Positano and Italy through Federico's fun stories. I cannot recommend this experience enough; whether you are traveling alone, with your family, on a honeymoon or with a group of friends, it is a night in Positano you will never forget! ALI ***** We had the most amazing night making pizzas with Frederico. It was our favorite part of the trip and we will definitely be coming back! He is friendly, fun, and taught us everything we need to know on how to make the most delicious pizza. His house is warm and inviting. If you are going to do one thing in Positano, make sure his class is on your list! ANTONINA ***** Federico's Pizza class was the highlight of our trip! It was so much fun and tasty too! This is a truly treasured experience where Federico welcomed us into his home and showed us the ins and outs of real Italian pizza using his outdoor wood-fired oven. The whole event was absolutely amazing. It was informative, charming, fun, and most of all so tasty! The local ingredients all the way down to the dessert and wine were outstanding. I will definitely be back again. There is no other event like it, a must do when in Positano. KIRILL***** Best pizza of my life and I come from NYC so not exactly a pizza backwater. The host is amazing and was also a great opportunity to socialize with the other participants in the cooking class. Hosted in a beautiful location. DENA ***** Best part of our stay in Positano!
